i can't do it for more than a few minutes.  (write your own jokes here). 

i read about other writers who sit and write for hours on end and i'm jealous.  i write a sentence or two, then i'm off surfing the internet.  i'll come back to what i'm writing in 10 or 15 minutes, write another sentence, then scroll through my itunes library.  at this pace, i write a paragraph a night.  why am i so easily distracted?
